We drove the Road To The Sun one or two days after it opened last Summer, a couple of times back and forth. Fantastic, especially by the summit at the end of the day. Next Summer we will make a return trip from Seattle timed with the re-opening of the road. This time we will pack our skiis and ski the snow fields at Logan Pass like we saw other folks doing. Sure wish we would have bought more of those great Centennial coffee mugs when we had the chance.

we live down near mt. st. helens. we are within an easy drive to mt. rainier. we saw glacier on a special on the tv and fell in love. our first trip will be next may. there are no words for it's beauty. i could spend the rest of my life next to one of those high country lakes. no people, just MOTHER NATURE.

Nothing is as beautiful and inspiring as the scenery that fills GLACIER NATIONAL PARK! From gorgeous LAKE MCDONALD, to GOING TO THE SUN ROAD, to the beauty in the lakeside lodges and campgrounds...even the quality of gifts in the souvenir stores in Glacier...nothing beats THIS Park in ALL seasons, in MY estimation! Even their nostalgic HUCKLEBERRY COBBLER at JERRY'S RESTAURANT in APGAR is awesome. Lovin' it more and more... and gotta go back again and again!-Pamela
